 |
PrintForm H - Series This unique triple-layer SSB forming fabric – available in Europe and Asia –delivers excellent formation, maximum dewatering, minimum marking from a high surface sheet profile and improved mechanical retention. The PrintForm H is one of Voith Paper Fabrics newest forming fabric technologies.
Benefits:
- High-quality sheet surface
- Maximum dewatering
- Improved stability
- Maximum support points
- Longer fabric life

MultiForm V The patented, triple-layer, warp exchange MultiForm V fabric increases fiber support, provides a more even top surface, and allows versatility in selecting the wear-side yarn diameter without affecting the drainage characteristics. With no binder yarns to impede drainage, the MultiForm V drains more uniformly and stays cleaner, longer.
Benefits:
- Increased fiber support with a more even top surface that improves sheet smoothness
- Diametet bottom wear yarns for maximized wear resistance
- Open structure and straight through drainage allows ease of cleaning
- Improved drainage due to the elimination of binder yarns

PrintFlex P - Series The PrintFlex P - Series – stage two of Voith Paper Fabrics’ Four-Stage Platform™ for pressing contains engineered resins that enhance micro-surface pressure to the sheet, providing higher pressing uniformity and smoothness. This breakthrough innovation delivers consistent, superior performance in improving press dewatering, printability and wear resistance. PrintFlex P is available in both seamed and endless designs.
Benefits:
- Improved micro uniformity
- High dry content
- Reduced fabric compaction
- No fibre shedding
- Reduced missing dots

PrintFlex V - Series This tri-axial composite press fabric – stage one of Voith Paper Fabrics Four-Stage Platform™ for pressing – is virtually synonymous for “sheet smoothness.” The VectorTM technology which is used in the PrintFlex V - Series employs a non-woven laminated construction that improves two-sided sheet quality and has become the reference for optimum smoothness on high-speed graphic machines.
Benefits:
- Improved sheet smoothness
- Increased water handling
- Minimal seam mark
- Cleaner running
- Available in both seamed and endless designs

PrintTech Q2S These woven dryer fabrics are designed to run with the high under pressures on advanced sheet control equipment of high-speed graphic machines. Particularly on high tension positions, without paper side felt rolls and with short stretch racks for fabric installation.
Benefits:
- 20% greater CMD stiffness compared to standard fabrics
- Lower MD stress in the sheet
- Effective transmission of underpressure
- Smooth sheet contact for efficient hear transfer
- Integral spirals or loops provide non-marking seams
|
 |
 |
PrintTech Q4C The PrintTech Q4C contains additional contaminant release additive in the cross-machine direction (CMD) yarns at the paper surface. This helps to improve permeability retention to maintain a level permeability profile for efficient heat transfer and evaporation.
Benefits:
- Easy to clean through high percentage of PVDF contaminent release additive
- Uniform fabric for efficient heat transfer and steam usage
- Low surface void volume and increased contact uniformity
- Increased CMD sheet restraint
- The integral spirals or loops provide non-marking seams
|

 |
PrintTech Q2 PrintTech Q2 runs on many of the world’s fastest paper machines. It is chosen for the dryer sections of new and rebuilt machines for good start-ups, sheet runnability, fabric stability and clean running.
Benefits:
- Less MD sheet stress as well as lower CMD shrinkage
- Improved paper properties
- Better sheet runnability
- Reduced slippage
- Less wear to the fabric and increased restraint of the sheet by the fabric

MultiTech Q4C The MultiTech Q4C contains additional contaminant release additive in the cross-machine direction (CMD) yarns at the paper surface. This helps to reduce the build up of pitch and work with cleaning systems to improve permeability retention for efficient heat transfer and evaporation.
Benefits:
- Easy to clean through high percentage of PVDF contaminent release additive
- Uniform fabric for efficient heat transfer and steam usage
- Low surface void volume and increased contact uniformity
- Increased CMD sheet restraint
- The integral spirals or loops provide non-marking seams
