The Ipoh and Kunshan facilities serve as Voith Paper Fabrics’ customer support and technical service centers for the Asian market. Our on-site technical sales managers and application engineers provide expertise for the local markets. Both the field-based and site-based engineers are fully equipped to provide trouble shooting on forming, press and dryer positions. Using on-site diagnostics, our engineers work closely with our production staff to ensure we provide the best solution for papermakers’ needs.
